Located on the 1,600 acre Ben Avery Shooting Facility, the Ben Avery Archery Range is a professionally managed archery facility located in north Phoenix offering target archery, NFAA certified 5-star archery courses, a World Archery target range, and more. It’s fun for the whole family!
Shooters of all ages and abilities are welcome. The facility hosts many well known competitions each year, monthly 3-D fun shoots and is a favorite venue for some of the world’s most accomplished archers. Public archery check-in is at the Ben Avery Clay Target Center Pavilion.

The Desert Archers club is primarily a 3D archery club open to traditional and compound archers of all levels of proficiency; both hunters and non-hunters, all ages of men, women and children.

We utilize the Tucson Mountain Park Archery Range to host several 3D shoots per year (see schedule below).
The Tucson Mountain Park Archery Range is OWNED AND OPERATED BY PIMA COUNTY.
The range is located off Kinney Road near Old Tucson. The archery range is open 7 days a week, sunrise to sunset. Besides the sporting elements of archery, many archers cherish the peace and beauty of the unspoiled desert setting and the surrounding hills at the Tucson Mountain Park.
Granite Mountain Archers

The range has a complete kitchen and a play area for the archers of the future. Our practice range provides marked yardages from 10 feet to 80 yards, at 5 yard intervals. Paper tuning frame and a chronograph.
We currently hold five shoots during the year. The Silver Arrow in April, The Mile High in May, GMA in June, The Outlaw in July, and the Big Game Shoot in August.
Papago Archery Association

We meet and practice every Saturday & Sunday morning (with the exception of special events) and practice is open to PAA club members utilizing club & personal equipment. PAA club practice times are posted below or on our events page.

Our archery range (part of the Papago Park Sports Complex) is open to the public from sunrise until sunset or 7:00 PM, whichever comes first. All archers & spectators are required to cease shooting at the designated time, pack up and exit the range parking lot. Archers who are not club members must bring their own targets, bows, arrows, and other equipment in order to use the range.
